Jason spent 20 years as a reporter and editor, with stints at Men's health, Fast Company, Maxim and for the last 7 and a half years Jason has held the role of Editor in Chief of Entrepreneur Magazine.

Author of "Build for Tomorrow". An Action Plan for Embracing Change, Adapting Fast, and Future-Proofing Your Career. It is an action plan detailing how to navigate the four phases of change: Panic, Adaptation, New Normal, and Wouldn't Go Back.

Jason wants to help us reach our "Wouldn't Go Back" moment.

The pair also discuss walking people through experiences, resonating with people, understanding how people think, speaking, navigating moments of disruption, not overloading people with information, helping with understanding, human potential, the industrial revolution, humanness, technology, finding value, navigating change, Scary situations and getting courage.
