Rhiannon is a business psychologist, workshop facilitator, coach, and speaker. Though her company Team Weaving, she specializes in transitions, recognizing that individuals and teams are constantly pulling the pieces together, figuring out how they fit, and reweaving their futures. People need awareness of their adaptability through AQai, but they also need flexible tools to implement the insights they receive from the AQai assessment. By combining AQai with Appreciative Inquiry, Rhiannon provides a unique pathway through change. Appreciative Inquiry is an energizing and inclusive process that fosters creativity, builds new skills in individuals and groups, develops new leaders, and encourages a culture of curiosity. She then uses Agile and systems thinking methods to ensure the changes are designed for impact and are measurable and sustainable. Rhiannon has a Master's degree in Business Psychology and is certified in AQai (Adaptive Intelligence), Appreciative Inquiry, Systems Thinking, Agile, and Creative Leadership. She has worked across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, financial services, insurance, and aerospace. Her diverse experience spans solopreneurships to multinational corporations across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Her 'What's Next Workshops' for individuals are AQai and Appreciative Inquiry based, offering structured guidance for individuals experiencing transitions of all kinds. Her Team Formation workshop series takes teams through psychological safety evaluation, through the awkward phases of team formation, and into productive performance efficiently. She wants to make transitions joyful for both individuals and teams. Her work focuses on creating the ability to thrive in a complex technical reality. This process can be psychologically sound, joyful, and collaborative, creating sustainable change that energizes rather than exhausts participants. She lives with her software developer husband and student pilot son in Denver, Colorado, where she volunteers in her neighborhood and with international groups Parents for the Planet and Team Project 54 International.
