He drifted through school, barely meeting expectations, but found his true rhythm early—launching his first company at age 22 and earning a doctorate in Biotech Engineering by 28 . A Life of Exploration & Resilience . Traveled extensively—India at 20, South America at 22—and even survived an extreme ski accident before 30 . . Gained corporate experience abroad in China at 29, and weathered a setback at 31 when he was let go after 3 months—but pivoted quickly to build a successful startup from scratch . Building Impactful Businesses . Since then, Sven has launched, scaled, and exited multiple ventures. One notable exit was the sale of his fifth startup to Bertelsmann . . In his late 40s and early 50s, he founded a women’s mental health startup, and two professional service firms: Kuma Partners (executive coaching & team empowerment) and Stralea (strategic leadership alliance) . Leadership & Neurodivergence . At 50, he was diagnosed with ADHD—a moment his wife considered overdue, not defining  . He then co-founded Neurodisruptors to champion neurodivergent leadership (www.neurodisruptors.com) . Sven has trained and certified in executive coaching and leadership development through top institutions like IESE, ESADE, Wharton, and HEC Paris  . He’s also deeply versed in agile methodologies, collective intelligence, and Sociocracy 3.0 . Purpose & Practice .
