Dr. Samantha (Sam) Crowe is a neuroscientist turned leadership guide — a cartographer of human complexity and steward of our shared humanness. She embraces the beautiful oddities of being human and envisions a brighter world through consciousness, connection, and bravely rehumanizing of how we live and lead. With a doctorate in neuroscience and more than a decade of research experience at Johns Hopkins, Georgetown University, and the National Institutes of Health, Sam brings deep expertise in brain trauma, emotion, and resilience. She translates complex science into practical insight, helping her clients understand not just how people behave, but why. Before launching her executive coaching practice, Sam served as a strategist and program leader at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she advised U.S. military health leaders, grew a multimillion-dollar portfolio, and led high-performing virtual teams in complex, matrixed environments. She later served at PhRMA, the biopharmaceutical industry trade association, as chief of staff and senior executive advisor, guiding strategy, leadership alignment, and executive effectiveness. Today, Sam is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator serving leaders across sectors, including nonprofits, higher education, Fortune 500 companies, and U.S. military and intelligence communities. Her philosophy is simple: lead thyself first. Her superpower is creating brave spaces with empathic presence, levity, and full appreciation of what makes humans, human. Sam is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (trained directly by Dr. Brené Brown), an iEQ9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner, a Certified Diversity and Belonging Culture Facilitator, and holds Competitive Edge AQai Certification (ICF-CCE).
